At Brand Mafia, we stand by the quality of our products, but we get it—sometimes things don’t work out. You have 21 days from the date of purchase to request a return. If this window closes, we won’t be able to offer an exchange or refund.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
We do not accept returns on certain products due to hygiene and safety reasons (see exclusions below).
Non-Returnable Items:
Jewellery, cosmetics, and personal care items
Gift cards & digital/downloadable products
Sale items (discounted purchases are final)
Important: Do not send returns back to the manufacturer.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
If your refund is delayed:

Contact your credit card provider—processing times vary.
Reach out to your bank, as some transactions take longer to reflect.

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If you need an exchange, email us at info@brandmafia.pk with your order details.
If the item was a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return.
If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.

Customers cover return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.
If your return qualifies for a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a tracked service or purchasing shipping insurance. Brand Mafia is not responsible for lost returns.
